Vue Aston Phnom Penh is a luxury condo project built on Koh Norea Island, across the Bassac River from central Phnom Penh. The building stands 150 meters tall with 38 floors and 895 units. It was launched in 2020 by The Peninsula Capital, a team-up between Sino-Cambodia Investment Co. and Mingda International.
The building was made by famous HKS Architects (who also built Las Vegas City Center and Atlantis Dubai) with Golden Mantis. They mixed modern style with Cambodian touches, mainly using the Krama pattern in the design.
Right now, the building is about 90% finished and should be ready in 2024. Some parts will open as Citadines Vue Aston Phnom Penh in 2025, run by The Ascott Limited.
